GRM achieves ISO 9001 & ISO 27001 accreditation.

Following an extensive independent audit of our systems and practices, Glenbeigh Records Management DWC-LLC is proud to announce that we have been certified with the internationally recognised ISO standards for quality management and information security management by the external body SGS. This recommendation provides independent proof of our commitment to providing a highly secure, quality driven service to all our clients that ensures customer satisfaction and peace of mind.
The ISO 9001 standard sets out the requirements for a quality management system (QMS). While we define our quality objectives for all our core activities, the standard ensures that we achieve these objectives and continually improve our processes to meet the needs of our clients and other stakeholders.
The ISO 27001 standard on the other hand sets out the requirements for an information security management system (ISMS). This standard demonstrates to our customers, suppliers, employees and partners our commitment to securing the critical information assets that we hold; both our own and most importantly those of our clients which are highly confidential.
We will undergo annual audits for both standards and full re-certification will take place every three years. This will ensure that our QMS and ISMS will continue to deliver their due diligence and ongoing process improvements.
