Founded in 2003, Glenbeigh Records Management (GRM) specialises in the provision of a comprehensive range of records management and digitisation services. Our services enable organisations to better manage and protect their information; comply with regulatory requirements; realise operational efficiencies; and provide better customer service to their clients as access to critical data is streamlined.

GRM expanded operations into the United Arab Emirates (UAE) in 2014 with the official opening of a specially designed records management facility located within Dubai World Central (DWC). Operating from this facility we service clients throughout the UAE with our comprehensive range of records management and digitisation services.

Our highly secure facilities were constructed by our sister company Glenbeigh Construction, to the highest standards for advanced records management. Since our inception we have continually developed our service offering by investing in our infrastructure, security, our people and leading technology. We differentiate our service offering through our flexibility as all our services can be tailored to be meet the needs of individual clients.

Today we currently employ over 200 people who service over 700 clients from our highly secure state-of-the-art facilities. These clients range from small businesses to large organisations in private sectors which include healthcare and pharmaceutical; financial services and investments; insurance and legal; telecommunications and computing; manufacturing and construction; as well as Government bodies within the public sector.
